Jonathan is our Founder and Managing Director. He was Born in Equatorial Guinea and was brought up in Spain. At the age of sixteen, he came to the UK to learn English and complete his studies. He holds a BA (Hons) Policy, Politics and Economics from the University of Birmingham and is currently undertaking a Masters course in International Law, Ethics and Politics at the same university. Jonathan oversees the business side of the organisation as well as acting as a spokesperson.

 

Melissa Mariano, Chief Political Editor.

Melissa Mariano is our Politics Editor. She was born in Algeria and moved to the UK when she was just one-year-old. Melissa is a second year undergraduate at the University of Birmingham reading a BA (Hons) International Relations with French.  She has a keen interest in international politics specifically in the areas of international security and human rights. She is also a vivid language enthusiast with the ability to speak English, French and Arabic.

Shanae Ennis-Melhado, Culture & Arts Editor.

Shanae is our Lifestyle editor. She holds a BA (Hons) in Combined Arts from the University of Durham, and is currently studying an MA in Translation Studies at the University of Birmingham. Her main interests include Feminism, Film, TV, Literature, Philosophy and Languages.
